Clinical Psychologist
Inga is a clinical psychologist trained in applying a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behaviourial Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches.
Following her clinical training, Inga provided assessments as well as individual and group treatment sessions in prisons and in the community. In recent years, she established her own private practice where she worked with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, eating disorders, and substance related issues.
Inga is originally from Tauranga, and has moved to Christchurch with her husband and two small boys. She enjoys getting out and exploring the Canterbury region.
